Wraparound services are a way to improve the lives of families and children with complex needs. Wraparound services are a strengths-based team partnership between families and community resources and services to best help provide the necessary support and meet the complex needs of their children.
INcompass Healthcare provides Wraparound services to children and their families in Southeastern Indiana. INcompass Healthcare is the Access Point for Wraparound services under both the Children’s Mental Health Initiative through Department of Child Services and the Children’s Mental Health Wraparound through Division of Mental Health and Addiction. Choices Coordinated Care Solutions helps families caring for youth with significant emotional and behavioral health needs. If eligible, families can choose Wraparound services through INcompass Healthcare or Choices Coordinated Care Solutions.

INcompass Healthcare also provides Open Access clinics for people who are seeking services for mental health issues. Walk-In clinics are for people seeking assistance with substance abuse treatment and services. Please call ahead to pre-register and to bring insurance cards and proof of income (for sliding fee scale). Patients are seen on a first come, first served basis. There may be a waiting period before being seen.

Centerstone Health Services
Columbus Behavioral Center, located in Columbus, Indiana and serving those in and out of state, offers a 4-6 week-long, mental health intensive outpatient program (IOP) for youth ages 12-18 with depression, mood instability, anxiety, trauma, suicidal ideation, and/or self-harming behaviors. Youth learn emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and how to have healthier relationships. No-cost assessments can be completed virtually or in person. Columbus Behavioral Center is accepting referrals and offers medication management services on site. Youth participate in IOP for 3 hours per day, 3 days per week. Youth can attend virtually or in person. Transportation assistance may be available if the youth lives in Bartholomew County or a surrounding county. Columbus Behavioral Center accepts Medicaid, Tricare, and all major insurance options. Referrals can be made by calling (812) 565-9323 or by emailing: ColumbusIOPIntake@uhsinc.com.
Columbus Behavioral Center’s residential program offers residential treatment for youth ages 8-17 with depression, mood instability, severe anxiety, trauma, suicidal ideation, and/or self-harming behaviors. The program is for youth with an IQ above 70 who have had 2 acute stays in the past 6 months and have attempted outpatient services without the desired outcome. Columbus Behavioral Center accepts Medicaid, Tricare, and all major insurance options. The number for residential treatment is: (812) 376-1711.

The Youth Encouragement Services (YES) Home is a residential group home for youths ages 10-20, providing a structured, nurturing environment for abused, neglected, and abandoned children.
