OCOF supports evidence-based programs, parent empowerment, as well as system-level work with partner agencies by providing trainings. OCOF also serves as a venue for regional/community planning to address the needs of human services organizations and those entities that interact with children and families.

Community Action Recovery Effort (CARE) is the Recovery Oriented System of Care for Dearborn County. It is a collaborative group of diverse stakeholders coming together to support community wellness and ensure a recovery-ready community.

LIF²T teams are comprised of trained volunteers who are dedicated to support those left behind after a suicide loss or substance-related loss. This support includes an immediate, on-scene presence, as well as scheduled follow up support.

OCOF connects our local community with vital mental health trainings like QPR training and Mental Health First Aid training so that individuals are prepared to make a difference when it matters most.

Suicide and Overdose Fatality Review (SOFR) teams work to prevent future suicide and overdose deaths by conducting a series of confidential case reviews, determining contributing risk factors and circumstances, identifying opportunities for system improvement, and recommending policies, practices, and programs for prevention.
