Open Acess is intended for people who are seeking services primarily for mental health issues.

Walk-In is intended for perople seeking substance abuse assessments and services.

Plaza Schedule (427 E. Parkway, Lawrenceburg) 812-537-7375

              Open Access:        Monday through Thursday

                                              9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

               Walk-In:               Tuesday 3:30-5:30 p.m.

Batesville Schedule (215 E. George Street, Batesville) 812-934-4210

              Open Access:         Tuesday and Thursday

                                              9:30a.m. to 12:30p.m.

               Walk-In:                Thursday 2:30-3:30p.m.

Brookville (765-647-4173) and Vevay (812-427-2737) schedule intakes and those offices can be called directly.  People who want to be seen in St. Leon can go to Open Access in Batesville or Plaza and then can be transferred to St. Leon.

Please encourage people to call ahead to pre-register and to bring insurance cards and proof of income (for sliding fee scale).

People are seen on first come, first serve basis so sometimes there is a waiting period before being seen.
