    • Ivy Tech Community College – Lawrenceburg: Provide Mental Health First Aid and Youth Mental Health First Aid training for students

      • Dearborn County Jail Chemical Addictions Program: Provide consultation in regards to planning and evaluation services

     

    • Youth Encouragement Services (YES Home): Provide assistance in planning and hosting annual golf tournament fundraiser

     

    • Youth MOVE – Southeast Indiana: Provide support and technical assistance.

     

    • Choices Coordinated Care Solutions: Partnered to secure funding to provide prenatal care coordination and mobile response for substance abuse.

     

    • Hispanic Community Advisory Committee: Secured funding for various projects and provide consultative support.

    • Southeast Indiana Health Center: Assisted in preparing for and facilitated the strategic planning retreat for their board of directors

     

    • Southwestern Behavioral Health: Provided training and technical assistance in System of Care development and trauma-informed approaches

     

    • Milan Community School Corporation Kindergarten Readiness Program: Assisted in providing linkages to resources and securing funding for curriculum

     

    • Stayin' Alive (Franklin County Local Coordinating Council for a Drug Free Indiana): Facilitated strategic planning retreat.

     

    • Ripley County Department of Child Services: Providing training and consultation in implementing trauma-informed change teams

     

    • United Way of Greater Cincinnati: Secured funding to support Jump Start Kindergarten programs

     

    • Indiana Department of Child Services: Facilitated the pilot site for the Children’s Mental Health Initiative.

     

    • Laurel Elementary School: Secured funding to support kindergarten readiness program

     

    • Cincinnati Children’s Healthcare (Batesville pediatrics): Provided in-service training and support in regards to area resources and referrals

     

    • Indiana Youth Institute: Partnered in planning and providing Youth Worker Cafes in Southeastern Indiana.

     

    • The Villages: Provided Trauma Informed Approaches training to Villages staff in multiple locations throughout Indiana.

     

    • Southeastern Indiana Economic Opportunity Corporation: Provided facilitation of strategic planning process with Board of Directors. Secured funding for Conscious Discipline model implementation in Head Start classrooms and support for screening and assessment in child care centers as well as additional training for child care providers. Provided Mental Health First Aid training for Head Start staff.

     

    • Ohio Valley Opportunity Corporation: Secured funding for Conscious Discipline model implementation in Head Start classrooms. Provided Mental Health First Aid training for staff.

     

    • Quick Response Team – Lawrenceburg: Participated in initial planning for implementation and assisted with community linkages and data collection through partnership with Indiana University

     

    • Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction: Partnered in providing Wraparound coaching under the Community Alternatives to Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities Medicaid Demonstration Grant.

     

    • Southeastern Indiana YMCA: Provided Youth Mental Health First Aid training for staff and secured funding for implementation of the Conscious Discipline model.

     

    • Ripley County Health Department: Secured funding to support baby bag program to support new mothers

     

    • Margaret Mary Health: Secured funding to support the implementation of an Early Evaluation Hub in partnership with Indiana University School of Medicine.

     

    • Safe Passage: Secured funding to support the Assets Learning Center at the domestic violence shelter.

     

    • Area Health Education Center: Provided support for student activities to encourage mental health careers

     

    • Southeastern Indiana Critical Incident Stress Management Team: Provided Mental Health First Aid training.

     

    • Batesville Primary School: Secured funding and provided support for the implementation of the evidence based Positive Behaviors Interventions and Supports model.

    • South Decatur High School: Provide Mental Health First Aid training to health careers students and peer helpers

     

    • Tristate Trauma Network: Serve as fiscal agent and provide consultation services

     

    • Milan Community School Corporation: Secured grant funding and provide support in implementing the evidence based Nashville STARS model including funds for two school social worker positions

    • Ripley County Schools: Facilitated a planning process and drafted grant application in response to Lilly Foundation School Counseling Grant

    • Community Mental Health Center, Inc.: Supported implementation of several evidence based practices and secured funding for updates to electronic health record and becoming a member of a trauma-informed learning community.

     

    • Interact for Health: Provided Mental Health First Aid training for staff and assist in outreach to Southeastern Indiana

    • The Villages – Healthy Families Decatur County: Provided mental health consultation and partner in providing Parent Cafes

    • Children’s Bureau: Provided logistical support to ensure a variety of trainings in Southeastern Indiana.

     

    • Crisis Intervention Team – Dearborn County: Provide logistical support in training of police officers.
